Theodore Adler

Ted Adler, a founding partner of Reager & Adler, has over 45 years of experience as a civil trial lawyer, specializing in construction litigation, representing contractors and owners. Virtually all of his practice involves construction claims and litigation before judges, juries, arbitration panels and mediators. Ted handles delay and disruption, differing site condition and change order claims.

His government contracts experience includes representing both prime and subcontractors in bid disputes, contract negotiations and claims involving federal, state and local governments and school districts. Types of projects include airports, convention centers, office buildings, wastewater treatment plants, industrial buildings, prisons, schools and hospitals and residential construction.

A significant part of Ted’s practice also involves alternative dispute resolution of construction claims either as arbitrator or mediator.
